Welcome to the digital matchmaking part of the hybrid event: Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan and Cooperation with Norwegian Businesses!
The event gathers Norwegian and Portuguese companies for presentations of Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan and meetings in Lisbon on 2 May 2022. The event is hybrid. The presentations will be streamed online and the link will be made available on this platform.
The aim of the event is to outline the opportunities for cooperation under Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan and to provide matchmaking meetings between the companies. The physical participation at the event is limited to a select number of companies both from Portugal and Norway.
The digital matchmaking on this platform is open to all relevant companies from Portugal and Norway- whether they participate at the physical event or not. This matchmaking provides a platform for Portuguese and Norwegian companies to create a profile, browse the profiles of other companies and book B2B meetings to discuss cooperation.
The Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Plan (Next Generation EU) aims to boost the Portuguese economy as a response to the coronavirus pandemic and to implement the European Green Deal. By 2026, Portugal will invest 16,6 billion in the green and digital transition. Norwegian businesses to cooperate with Portuguese entities in calls, tenders and projects in Portugal.

Thematic Focus
This event - both the physical and the digital matchmaking - focuses on the parts of Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan where Norwegian companies can contribute. The focus of the event (with references to "Portugal 2030") are:
Resilience
- C5, Capitalization and innovation including business innovation mobilisation agendas/alliances and business innovation green agendas/green alliances
Climate transition
- C11 Decarbonization of industry - C14 Hydrogen and renewables - C15 Sustainable mobility, including decarbonization of public transport and extensions of the metro
Digital transition
- C 16 Enterprises 4.0
The EEA Grants in Portugal
The event is supported by Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein through the EEA Grants as part of the bilateral fund in Portugal.
